How long are most sessions? 

Most sessions are between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

 Can I participate in many different sessions?

Yes, we want to choose as many sessions as you would like. Variety is the spice of life.

Can my family join in?

Absolutely they can book a spot just like you into the same session from anywhere in the world.

Do I have to have my camera on?

Most instructors would prefer you have your camera on, but they can show you how to change your background to a different image than inside your home.
